Any information we collect is used solely to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you regarding your current and future orders as well as any customer service inquiries you may require. We take a personal approach to customer care and often will try to reach out via phone or email if a question arises regarding your order or account. Also, on some occasions your helpful, useful comments and feedback may be shared to those providers who assist in the production of our products to help improve our overall brand experience. We appreciate any comments or feedback you provide to us via email, phone, and any and all other methods including but not limited to phone, Facebook, blogs, etc. All comments, feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided to us from by any individual, company or entity through any communication source will be deemed an assignment of that information to Katri, Inc, and its dba’s including oneVessel and will remain the property of the company.
Creating an account
For our customers who create an account we will retain some information about you to speed up the process when you re-order. We will also add you to our mailing and email communication list. Please note that we absolutely respect your privacy and know the last thing you want is a ton of spam from us! We limit our communication to several times a year simply to provide you with some occasional coupon codes or updates about really cool new products that we introduce.
Once your online order is placed, a hold in that amount will be placed against your credit card. Once we receive and review your order we will confirm the charge. If for some reason the item listed is not available for whatever reason, including but not limited to, miscount, breakage, or any other reason we will contact you via either email or phone to discuss the situation with you and to see how you’d like us to handle the problem.
Customers who purchase from our website are automatically enrolled in our mailing list to receive occasional coupon codes and offers and announcements via email or physical mail. Web beacons and/or cookies may be included in email communications just so we can keep track of whether or not our emails to you were opened. Customers are not required to provide us with any personal information to view our site, however personal information will be collected to process your orders, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number. We have extensive measures in place to protect your personal information and any payment information you provide.

Product availability and pricing
We make every effort to show you only products that are available in-stock, and products are available while supplies last. If one of the products you ordered is not immediately available for whatever reason, we will contact you via phone or email to see if you would like a substitution. Otherwise, if we cannot reach you, we will ship the remaining items on your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the product you ordered will be available due to various reasons including handling of product and damage that may occur prior to the product shipping out. We do reserve the right to cancel any order due to mispricing or accidental discount that occurred due to typographical or website error. We only allow our customers to apply one discount offer per transaction, with the exception of any freight promotions we may be running. In the event your card was charged by mistake or accidental order we will issue you a refund for that item. We offer some products in our online store which are complementary to our line, but are manufactured by other companies. Those items are backed by their respective manufacturer’s warranty.
When you contact us about a customer service issue, we may contact you via email, mail or phone depending on the situation. Our goal is to provide you with outstanding customer service and to keep you as a customer for life.
To unsubscribe from our mailing list, please email us at email@example.com. In the subject line enter: “remove from list”. Please provide your name, address, and customer number and we will make conscious best efforts to update our system in a timely manner within 6-8 weeks of your request.
All of the services we provide including our website and webstore services are provided on an as-is basis without any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of any item for a particular use or purpose. As a user of our site, you acknowledge that any item you choose to use for any purpose is done so at your sole discretion and that you accept 100% of the liability and responsibility for the use of that item(s) in any application and user accepts sole responsibility for any liability arising from the use of that piece for any personal, professional, athletic or other use including but not limited to third parties or damage to property or equipment. The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Katri, Inc dba oneVessel, and Vessel Drinkware which will be held harmless from any damages that may arise out of the use or misuse of its products.
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Katri, Inc, its dbas Vessel Drinkware and oneVessel, its owners, employees and assigns from and against any and all claims. Customer agrees to bear all costs, expenses, damages, including attorneys’ fees arising from or related to customer’s use of the site including but not limited to any and all third party claims.
Katri Inc, dba oneVessel, dba Vessel Drinkware may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, and may limit your access to the site if in oneVessel’s sole discretion.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to any law provisions. Any dispute arising under this agreement will be resolved by the state and federal courts of the state of Washington, county of King.
We do have a limited 1-year warranty on all oneVessel and Vessel Drinkware products. This does not cover drinkware that has been dropped, abused, or misused in any way. Return must be accompanied by proof of purchase. If you have any concerns about the quality of your drinkware, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you! Any other manufacturer’s products sold on our site are exclusively covered by their respective warranties.
For returns or replacements, please note that the price of shipping is not covered and that proof of purchase is required.
